Let's take a look at another example: The average historical PE ratio of Tesla for the last four years is 254.15 p/e. In 2020 when Tesla was showing a y-o-y growth rate of 50% Wall Street gave Tesla the p/e ratio of 940 p/e. *940* -- Now, compare that with NVIDIA's current y-o-y growth. 50% is not even close to the earnings growth NVIDIA is showing today. Not even close. NVIDIA is showing y-o-y growth north of 200%. Hence, NVIDIA trading today at Tesla's four year average of 254 p/e could be a somewhat fair p/e.

Let's take the example of NVIDIA. NVIDIA is trading today at a ridiculously low 28x forward p/e ratio. NVIDIA's average p/e ratio for the last four years has been 94x earnings. That was when NVIDIA was already showing growth, but not even close as the extremely high growth the company is showing today. Hence, NVIDIA is undervalued by a mile and company stock should be trading today way north of 94x p/e ratio.

Something is really wrong and 'fishy' with the way the market is pricing and valuing semiconductors. High Growth Semiconductors names are currently undervalued by a mile trading at unsustainable low valuations and p/e ratios. SOXL should be trading today at $100 not $45.

May 15, 2024: -- BMO Capital Markets raises SP 500 year-end target to 5,600: That's a very conservative target and the U.S. markets will prove they are wrong that target is too low. -- Nevertheless, they are now getting closer and closer to my Forecast Target of $6,188. My forecast did not change and it predicts the SP 500 to end 2024 at or around 6,188.
