The Saudi National Bank, through its subsidiaries, provides various banking products and services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally. The Retail segment provides banking services, including lending and current accounts, as well as products in compliance with Shariah rules to individuals and private banking customers. The Wholesale segment offers conventional credit-related products, as well as financing products to small businesses, and medium and large establishments and companies. This segment also provides treasury, money market, foreign exchange, and investment and trading services, as well as manages liquidity, market, and credit risk. The Capital Market segment offers wealth management, asset management, investment banking, and shares brokerage services for local, regional, and international regions. The International segment provides banking services outside Saudi Arabia. It also issues bonds; operates as a private equity fund; invests and manages real estate development projects; trades derivatives and repos/reverse repos activities; and provides recruitment services. In addition, the company offers debit, offer, cashback, prepaid, corporate, and credit cards; residential, personal, and lease financing; mobile and e-banking services, such as money transfer, currency exchange, and safety deposit box; private banking services; cash management services, such as dividend distribution, payroll, escrow account management, deposit, and debit services; and trade finance services, such as letters of guarantee and letters of credit. It operates through branches, retail service centers, and remittance centers. The company was formerly known as The National Commercial Bank and changed its name to The Saudi National Bank in April 2021. The Saudi National Bank was founded in 1950 and is headquartered in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
