I'm working in this company. It has huge plans to expand in green market through upcoming decade. Growth in capital will follow growth in debt and net earnings. We can expect company to become more efficient as it adopts more efficient energy management solutions and better priced green energy. It also had confirmed its dividend policy of increasing them by 3% annually starting from 5.7% yield. Company also recorded record growth in profitability and it is predicted that company will generate a lot more income as its infrastructure projects will start generating profit. Stock is a very solid, long term investment. It will pay higher than average dividend, but stock is unlikely to be speculative. It is good, solid stock to keep for a long run.  It is slightly undervalued now and I expect it to raise over time, but don't expect sharp growth as it is obscure regional stock which is unlikely to attract much attention from investors.

Dont expect sharp growth. If you are willing to keep this stock for 10 years, then yes.
